Mobile App Personas

We need to send this list out to WAMO and ask them to complete it. There is a lot of opportunity, and we need to make the most of this tool. The Mobile App is a great resource for outreach.

We are growing our parents’ audience.

Kimberly can reach out to the VCs to see who from their area could fill in the gaps.

Katie – the usage for prospective students on the Mobile App is low. We had discussed removing this persona. We would be better partners if we could channel our efforts where it makes sense.

  • Craig will look into obtaining traffic detail for the persona. Users don’t have to log in, so it may be difficult to determine who is visiting.
  • Chris W – there is something to be said for those visiting campus who find the app on their own and download it to use.

Policies

Podcast Policy Update

Pending approval, we will use Spotify as the delivery platform for podcasts.

Other

Marketing Analytics Team

  • Meeting once a month for the past few months.
  • Working toward more collaboration
  • Travis Hauer and Matthew Johnston have been working in close collaboration to get our G4 Google Analytics to the point we need it to be. They’ve added several conversions and goals. They are sorting the details on what those triggers are.
  • Katie showed a sample of a lead generation dashboard.
  • A ServiceNow request form is in the development process to allow users the ability to request analytics.

What is the process for requests for plug-ins, etc. for the website?

  • Use ServiceNow Request
  • ITS will look at duplication of functionality, risk, and performance.
  • Need a strong lead time.
  • Katie asked about a list of approved plug-ins

Accessibility Changes

  • Changes are coming for 504 and will affect the digital world. Once the draft is issued, Melanie’s group will review it and let WAMO know what changes need to be made.
