The purpose of the EAPAC is to develop and oversee enterprise application platform standards and prioritize requests for new functionality to ensure that the functional units of all university divisions have the technology, resources and tools they need for successful operations and are able to optimally leverage the university-supported enterprise application platforms.

The EAPAC evaluates requests for new functionality and prioritizes enterprise application platform technology investments in the context of the University Strategic Plan.

The EAPAC focuses on requests for enterprise application platform functionality, including the institutional ERP system, integrated third-party applications, back-office technology systems and other enterprise application platforms that involve significant investment of money or resources, or impact to institutional business processes or data.

The EAPAC reviews and prioritizes enterprise application platform requests based on the functional requirements identified by divisions as critical for achieving university strategic goals.
