A formal meeting did not take place in August. Instead, the following update was sent to WAMO members via email.
We’ve been reaching out to campus units to update our UNCG Mobile Subject Matter Experts. Below is a table with updated SMEs. Those names in red we are working with their units to identify a replacement. We will be asking Craig Biles, the mobile app administrator, to reach out to these individuals and bring them together as a group to discuss their roles

Podcast Policy Update
The Policy and Spotify’s terms and conditions have completed their General Counsel Office review. The next steps are to: create an “Accessibility Podcasts” webpage cited in the draft policy and then bring the policy draft to the Policy Working Group for review.
