Topic: Overview of Enterprise Project Management Governance and Process
Context: Prioritization of finite technology resources toward competing new project initiatives is challenging for all organizations. The Information Technology Governance manual provides an approved institutional framework for this decision-making. This framework was established by the prior sitting ESC and the Chancellor and includes the governance charge for the Enterprise Application Platforms Advisory Committee. The current ESC leadership team discussion will focus on critical implementation issues.
