Topic:  Next Generation Web Project Update

Topic:  What does success look like in delivering services related to the business of being a student?

Context:  There are a number of substantial technology services infrastructure projects currently in-flight, including the complete re-design of the University website(s) and replacement of legacy voice services (which includes the enterprise platform for University call centers).  These technologies will have significant impact on our ability to achieve our collective vision for providing holistic and integrated services that best support student success.

Most of the in-flight technology initiatives were structured and approved under an entirely different ESC leadership team.   The goal is to discuss current leadership vision for success in effectively supporting the business of being a student and ensure alignment of major technology initiatives and investments to these goals.

The Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management will lead a discussion to frame the UNCG leadership vision of success in delivering services related to the business of being a student at UNCG.  Key UNCG stakeholders have been invited and are encouraged to actively contribute to this discussion.
